x402 is a capability of Selun rather than a system of its own. It publishes an x402 discovery document at a well-known path on the Selun host, advertising priced endpoints an agent can call and settle without a human account.
The advertised surface covers allocation (allocate, allocate-with-report), market and policy context (market-regime, policy-envelope, asset-scorecard), portfolio action (rebalance), and continuity evaluation drawn from SCE (continuity-mode, case-relevance, risk-evaluate).
It is the agent-facing face of one product, not a second one: the same intelligence, addressed by machines instead of people, on the same deployment.
